The Story Context:
Welcome To The SSRA map mod, that changes loved by Old drunken Hillbillys, Farmers and Old Date Couples little town in the middle of Blaine County dessert. Sandy Shores will be different now, Mayor of the Sandy promised the change of the Grand Senora Hometown to the citizens. Massive Co-Funding from Los Santos City Hall will be enough to renovate the town, fund the better life experience for citizens and most important, will change the life, air, ecology and ecosystem quality by managing to hire massive company from Los Santos, that will change nature beauty of Sandy Shores.

Installation:
1. Extract the files you want to install from the zip folder
2. Open OpenIV
2.1 Turn Edit Mode On (Right Top Corner)
2.2 (IMPORTANT! you can't do this step without Map Builder Mod) go to C:/your gta place/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf and drop the YMAP format files in here

Known Bugs:
- render distance of the trees can seem pretty low, but it depends on your render settings in GTA settings
- couple of trees could be some white texture (but its normal when you're close to the tree, from far away you can see this)
- some trees (not physicaly) or their shadow can dissappear by your camera angle (the situation when you see the tree like just couple of pixels in the corner of the screen

I downloaded the YMAP and checked it out. Here's my notes:
To Users:
Nice YMAP overall, tree placement is solid. Not super optimised though.
Just a heads up it might not play nice with large MLO stations. Could cause weird popins or conflict with interiors.
To Creator:
Open it up in CodeWalker and check your LodDist values. That’s what controls how far out props load.
For smaller stuff like cacti, go with 110–200.
For decent-sized trees, 700–800 works better. This’ll help with performance and avoid stuff vanishing at the wrong time.
