Hello everyone... here is a new mod that updates and modifies Franklin's house.
This mod was created taking inspiration from another mod (which I report below) that I found surfing the web and that I have already used in some of my game configurations. I therefore thought of improving it by adding various props and peds in some areas of the house, also adding a file for Menyoo that allows you to generate various vehicles inside the garage floors of the house.

This is another mod I created with a .ymap file, used to make changes to Frank's house.
After that I created a file to generate with Menyoo that allows you to add vehicles in the area such as motorcycles, cars, bicycles.....
I really hope you can appreciate my work!
I'm not an expert, but I put a lot of passion into it!

INSTALLATION:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!
If you don't have the mods folder, create it and put the original common.rpf found in the main GTA 5 folder into your mods folder.
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and Map Builder 1.0 (https://it.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder)

HOW TO INSTALL:
1] .Ymap
When you already have your custom_maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file: Franklin New Mansion 4.ymap
(don't rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
2] Menyoo-Spooner
Install the following mods:
If you are ready, proceed as follows to install:
Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner
and add the file: Franklin house vehicles.xml
